JSC Sautek is a top-ranked company of the Saint-Petersburg, founded in 1991.

Founder and general manager of the conpany is famous finnish businessman Sauli Valimaa. He started to work in Russia in 1974 when he participated in construction of the Kostomuksha Ore Mining and Processing Industrial Complex in the Karelia Republic. Later on Sauli Valimaa, expanding his activities, takes part in different projects on the territory of the Soviet Union and in 1991 establishes the Joint Stock Company "Sautek". At present Company owns more than 260 units of construction equipment, and more than 100 units of trucks.
